Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, sleep support, relaxation or spiritual growth, Helen will design a personalised meditation experience that aligns with your current intentions.

Through your consent, your personalised meditation will weave in appropriate modalities of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mindfulness. This package is for you if you’re wanting to break limiting beliefs and habits, reprogram your mind with an expansive openness for growth, or to be soothed in difficult times.

Start by scheduling a 45 minute one-on-one consultation for yourself and Helen to discuss what you would like and need from a personalised meditation. This will include goals, preferences and any specific areas of focus for your meditation practice.

Helen will then record your personalised meditation and send it to you within a few days later. You’ll then have lifetime access to this download to listen to the meditation as many times as you need for it to assist you in reaching your intended goal.

Helen Ford is a Transformative Hypnotherapist & Heart-Led Coach. She is a Master Practitioner in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and has trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), PSYCH-K basic, AMDR (Applied Movement Desensitisation & Reconsolidation) which integrates EMDR methods with Mindfulness, Somatic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, as well as Coaching.

Please note - all appointments take place over Zoom. Appointments can be cancelled or rearranged up to 48 hours before. Refunds for cancelled appointments will be minus the processing fees and subject to exchange rates. No refunds for no shows.
