A Mindful Restart to a New Year with Anne Bayford & Theo Abramson

The recent Astrology event we held this month covered how this year is to be quite a buzzy energy year ahead, resulting in overthinking which could lead to the feeling of being overwhelmed. By grounding yourself and not being in your own head, mindfulness will show you how to be in your body.

During this event Theo will show some examples of mindful living by simple practices and will demonstrate how to step out of stress and anxiety and help you to manage your mind, body and soul.

By being and living in the present moment Theo will show us how to ground our energy and how to earth ourselves in a busy world.
